About the job

You’ll become part of an entrepreneurial and international team, helping us to grow and transform online (various platforms) by combining our skills in developing future-ready technical solutions with our expertise in creating beautiful designs to deliver engaging digital experiences.

You will:

Help build the optimal digital experience for our customer;
Brainstorm and ideate on the new features and work closely with the Digital Product team;
Helping set up and conduct usability testing and research;
Translate test and research results into actionable insights;
Build and refine clickable prototypes to bring your ideas to life;
Create and develop creative digital concepts that engage users;
Propose recommendations for digital tools to improve client engagement;
Work on the wireframes and design the visuals that sync with the product design language;
Present your designs and concepts effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Provide support on day-to-day operational and ad hoc design tasks across the Digital Product team

About you

Ideally you will be:

Enrolled in a related study at bachelor or master level (preferably in design field);
Taking a hands-on approach to supporting day-to-day tasks;
Detail-oriented individual who can put themselves in a customer’s shoes;
An excellent communicator and team player;
Show a passion for understanding and empathizing with users to create outstanding user experiences;
Proactive – able to work independently and take responsibility;
Are passionate about UX design;
Fluent in English (both verbal and written);
Available for at least 5 months starting February 2027;
Have experience in working with leading design tools such as Figma.
